Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
1/2 onion1 garlic clove1 celery stick1/2 carrot1/2 cabbage1 1/2oz of wheat spaghetti1 vegetable bouillon cube1 tbsp. olive oil1 cup of canned chopped tomatoes1/2 cup canned green beans1 tsp. of dried parsley
Directions
Peel the onion and garlic clove and finely chop them. Thinly slice the celery and carrot. Shred the cabbage into small pieces. Break the spaghetti into 2 cm long pieces. Put 1 and 1/4 cups of cold water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Drop in the boullion cube and stir until dissolved. Put the stock aside. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, carrot and garlic. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, cabbage, canned green beans and parsley. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Add the dried spaghetti. Cook soup for another 8 minutes, stirring from time to time to keep it from sticking.
