Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 head shredded cabbage (can use 1/2 purple and 1/2 green)1 bunch green onion chopped1 c shredded carrot1 cucumber, diced2 chicken breasts1 can chicken2 Tb olive oil6 Tb vinegar1 tsp chicken bouillon1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp lemon pepper1/8 tsp curry powder1/8 tsp stevia
Directions
Mix together dressing and pour over vegetables. Can be served right away or allow flavors to blend in fridge.

Top with chopped nuts if desired.
