Roasted Red Chili Shrimp

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 lb medium shrimp; peeled and deveined1 small onion, chopped10 cloves of garlic, minced2 tsp Thai Kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste2 tbsp Nam Plah (fish sauce)2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Toast sesame seeds in dry frying pan, constantly shaking pan until seeds turn brown, remove from heat and set aside. Heat olive oil in a wok. Sauté onions until translucent, add garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add shrimp and cook until half done. Add chili paste and nam plah. Stir fry until shrimp are cooked through.
