Ingredients
2 red vine ripe tomatoes1/2 medium vidalia onion2large cloves of garlic5 twists black pepper grinder5 twists red pepper grinderdash salt
Directions
Coursely chop tomatoes, onion and garlic. Toss in a bowl with 5 twists of each pepper and add salt to taste.

makes 3-1/2 cup servings. Add more tomatoes for a larger salad.
