Cinnamon Seed Granola

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats3 tbsp ground flaxseeds1/3 cup sunflower seeds1/3 cup pumpkin seeds1/2 cup whole almonds (chopped)1 tbsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup honey
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients

Add honey. Mix well.

Spread on baking sheet and put in oven on 175C

Bake for 60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes (or until golden brown).

Store in airtight container.

Makes 26 1/4 cup servings

1/4 is more than enough for serving with yoghurt and fruit.
