Shrimp & Spinach Rotini Pasta

Ingredients
12 oz Whole grain Rotini pasta4 oz fresh baby spinach1/2 cup Parmesan cheese1/2 cup Fat Free Italian salad dressing1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved4 oz. shrimp8 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Cook Rotini pasta according to package directions (omit salt, and oil etc.). Rinse with cold water and drain.

2. Grill shrimp on skwers, or saute on the stove

3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl

4. Add pasta and shrimp, mix well
