Kashi Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Let soak: 1 cup Kashi Nuggets or Grape nuts6 oz Greek Yogurt1/2 mashed banana3 oz cream3 oz egg beatersNext day:Add 3/4 cup Bisquick2 teas baking sodapinch salt1 cup Splenda/Sugar mix enough water to form thick batter
Directions
mix wet ingredients with Kashi Nuggets or Grape nuts and let soften overnight in regrigerator. Mix remaining ingredients and add water to form a thick batter. Scoop out 10 servings into muffin cups and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Let cool to warm temp so the paper cups won't stick.
