fruity oat cookies

Ingredients
1 cup rice flour2 cups oats1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup berry applesauce2 Tablespoons flax seed meal6 Tablespoons grape juice1/2 cup honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
combine honey, applesauce, flax meal, grape juice and honey. Mix well. Add oats, rice flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir.
Form into 24 small balls. Flatten slightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown.
