Shrimp, cooked, 15 large (remove)Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp (remove)Scallions, raw, 1 large (remove)Lemon juice, 1 cup (remove)*Kroger Imitation Crabmeat, 2 cup (remove)SaltPepperGarlic saltTapatio clamato juice
Directions
Cook cleaned shrim in lemon juice for an hour
Chop all vegtables and add to cooked shrimp
Add 1/2 cup of clamato
seasoning and tapatio to taste
