1 Cup Shredded Cheese2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Shredded2 Cups frozen corn and pepper mix3 Fat Free Tortillas1 Cup Instant Rice
Boil Chicken Breasts then shred. Grease 8x8 pan with olive oil spray. Layer 1 tortilla, half of the shredded chicken, half of the cheese, half of the rice and half of the vegetables. Repeat. Top with last tortilla. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
