German Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
4 large potato's2 large eggs1/4 cup flour1 tsp. salt
Directions
put potato and egg into blender and put on liquify until blended. Add 1/4 cup flour and salt. Measure out 1/4 cup serving for each pancake. this will make 16 pancakes. Cook about 3 mintues, turn and cook another 3 min.
