Ingredients
broccoli 2 stalkschicken tenders (boneless skinless) 1 lbsshredded cheese 1 cup98% fat free cream od chicken soup 1.5 cansMayo Light 2 tbsprice vinegar (1 small swig)1 cup Bread Crumbs
Directions
cook broccoli and layer on bottom of casserole dish...
Place chicken breast tenders on top.
Mix mayo,soup, and rice vinegar in a seperate bowl; pour on top of chicken....
Grate cheese and sprinkle on top...
Top with bread crumbs!
place in pre-heated oven of 375 degrees (it will brown at top, and boil on sides when ready)

Serve over rice (optional)( nutrition not included here)....

    sounds healthy enough...not sure why so many if light/fat free ingredients are used....fat grams(14+) ....I'm used to 9g of fat dinners.....but still sounds healthy - 3/26/07
