Gresh or frozen spinach30 raw prawns (defrosted)OnionGarlicTomatoes 3Plain ff yoghurtCorianderChilli pepperTurmericGinger
In a large pan fry onion in a little oil until soft
add spices, garlic & minced ginger
Add tomotoes
Cook until tomatoes have broken down, adding water (or stock) if too dry
Add prawns and cook until pink
Stir through the cooked spinach and cook until it's wilted down
Serve with rice or nan
