1 cup unsweetend applesauce1 cup splenda4 egg whites2 cups whole wheat flour1tsp b. powder1 tsp b. sodavanilla1 cup oatmeal1 cup sunflower seeds1 cup ground golden flax1/2 cup dark chocolate chips1 cup crasins/ raisins
Directions
Mix all together.
Bake at 350 for 9 min or until golden brown
