Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1-15 oz can of Black Beans (drained)1 20 oz box of Brownie Mix (any is fine)1/4 C. Water
Directions
Liquify canned beans and 1/4 C. water in blender. Make sure they are well blended, no chunks. Add bean mixture to brownie mix and mix thoroughly. Pour into 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 325* for 28-30 minutes or according to mix directions.

    These brownies are more than good for me, they are the first brownies that I have eaten in years. Being allergic to eggs, regular brownies are off limits, totally. My Hubby even likes them and does not know that they were made with beans, if he did he would not touch them!!! - 4/12/10
