Ingredients
3 eggs1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese1/4 lb diced ham1/4 lb pepperoni, sliced with casing removedbutter to grease pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Break eggs into a bowl and beat. Add cheeses, ham, and pepperoni. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch buttered pie pan. Bake for around 50 minutes.
