Ingredients
1 large carrot cut into cubes, 1 parsnip cut into cubes, 1 cup parsley cut into cubes and some fresh springs , 1 large turnip cut into cubes, 1 large potato cut into cubes , 1 dash of salt, some dried or fresh oregano and dill
Directions
in a pan put 6 cups of water to boil . when it boils put all the veggies. put aside the fresh parsley strings, the dill and the oregano. add some salt and let it boil until the carrot is boiled (abt 15 min). serve in big soup bowls. makes 2 servings. when u serve add the fresh herbs.
