Ingredients
2 -4 oz serving skinless boneless chicken breast1 -tbsp ground oregano 1- small to medium scallion2 -table spoon of evoo1 -tbsp of garlic powder
Directions
1. get large bowl , add chicken, oregano, evoo, and garlic powder , mix
2. coarsley chop scallion and add to bowl
3. mix throughly and let sit for 3minutes
4. slash quater inch deep hole in top of chicken
5. put oven safe pan on stove set to med/high , add chicken slit side down. flip win side is slightly brown
6. pre heat oven to 400 degrees
7.after chicken is seared , put into oven for 15 minutes or untill cooked throughly
8. take chicken out let cool for 3 minutes
9. cut into 2" diagnol pieces
10. serve along with side of string beans, and roasted red potatoes
