Squash and Corn

Ingredients
2 cups zucchini squash, cubed1 cup frozen corn1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese1/2 yellow onion diced fine1 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 Tbsp canola oil
Directions
Heat oil over medium high heat in medium saucepan. Add garlic and onions, stirring constantly until soft. About 3-4 minutes. Lower heat to medium and add zucchini, salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn and cook for 10-15 minutes until squash is tender. Add cubed cheese, stir and let melt. Serve hot.
