lemon and rosemary roast chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken 800 gramssalt and pepper to taste1 tsp dried rosemary1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, choped1 lemon, slices1 tbs olive oil
Directions
1. preheat the oven to 325 F; put a couple of slices of lemon under the skin of the breast on both sides. stuff the cavity with the rest of the lemons, onions and garlic.
2. season the chicken with salt, pepper and rosemary. drizzle the olive oil on the chicken.
3. cover and roast at 325F for 1 hour then increase the temprature to 350F for another hour or until fluid runs clear.

makes 6 servings: 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs and 2 breasts.
