Nigerian Beans

Ingredients
* Beans, white, 1 cup * Salt, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" * Crayfish, 1 oz * Palm Oil, 1 tbsp * Curry powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Boil water, and add the beans to the boiling water.

Allow to boil till it is very soft. Add salt, curry, onions, pepper and oil, then allow to boil for another 20 mins till the water is dry
