Ingredients
1 Success Brown Rice Boil-in-bag1 can black beans.5c pico de gallo.67 c. shred cheese
Directions
Place bag of rice in a 2 quart microwave bowl with 1 quart of water. Microwave on high for ten minutes.
While rice is cooking mix beans, pico, and cheese. Add rice and stir.
