1 lb chicken brownedred peppers 1 c choppedgreen peppers1 cup choppedonions 1/4 c choppedmushrooms 1 cup slicedmarinara sauce 1 jarmozzarella cheese 2 cups shredded
Brown chicken in pan sprayed with Pam, lay in baking dish 13x9. cover with chopped veggies and sauce, bake for 1 hr at 350 deg. top with cheese and bake for 15 min. or until cheese melts. makes 8 servings 1 breast each.
