Broccoli, cauliflower and rice caserole

Ingredients
2 cups of fresh broccoli, chopped2 cups of fresh cauliflower, chopped1 cup cooked rice, I use brown or wild rice1 can condensed mushroom soup - substitute with my home made recipe if need gluten free.1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
place the broccoli, cauliflower, and cooked rice in a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the cheddar cheese. Pour over the other items in the casserole dish. Place in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
