Pasta Salad

Ingredients
12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked1/2 cucumber, chopped1 can artichoke hearts1/2 cup celery, chopped1/4 cup green onions, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp cider vinegar1 cup fat free miracle whip1/2 tsp pepper3 tbsp sugar
Directions
Cook pasta and allow to cool
Chop all vegetables and mix with pasta in a bowl
In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, sugar, cider vinegar, and pepper until well blended
Pour over pasta mixture and toss
Chill in refrigerator at least an hour, best if chilled for 24 hours
Serving size is 1 cup
