Ingredients
Directions
1 box of Annie's mac and cheese (I usually use shells with white cheddar)About 6 oz of plain yogurt (I use fat free Greek style)1 can of water packed tuna fish
Prepare mac & cheese according to the directions on the box, substituting yogurt for the milk & butter that the recipe calls for. I like to eat this with mixed greens on the side or steamed veggies (broccoli, peas, etc) mixed in.
