Robin's Dolmates (stuffed grape leaves)

Ingredients
1.5 lb. ground bison3 cups uncooked long grain brown rice2 garlic cloves, crushed1 C chopped onion2 Tbsp. olive oil1 jar dolmas (grape leaves), approx. 50 per jar1 C lemon juice1 C fresh dill sprigs, chopped
Directions
-Unroll and rinse grape leaves.
-Steam grape leaves in water and lemon juice for 3-5 minutes.
-Drain grape leaves and allow to cool
-Saute onion, garlic, and rice until onion is translucent.
-Mix ground bison, rice mixture, and chopped dill in a large bowl.
-Place .5 tbsp. on each leaf and roll.
-Layer rolls in the bottom of a large pot.
-Add enough water to cover the rolls.
-Add 1/4 C lemon juice to the pot.
-Cook on medium for 45 minutes.
