1 (24 oz) nonfat cottage cheese1 (1.1 oz) pkg reduced-calorie ranch-style salad dressing mix1/2 cup skim milk1 TBSP white vinegar2/3 cup Benefiber powderAssorted fresh vegetables
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, salad dressing mix, milk, white vinegar and Benefiber powder in a blender; process until smooth. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables. Makes 3 cups.Serving size 3 TBSP. Each serving contains 2 tsp of Benefiber powder.
