Low Fat High Fiber Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries1 1/2 cup Light Vanilla Soymilk1/2 cup Fiber One Original Cereal3 squirts Sugar Free syrup (I've used White Chocolate, Vanilla and Caramel with great results)
Directions
Makes 1 - 16 oz serving

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
