French Toast

Ingredients
1 loaf Texas toast8 large eggs3 cups milk6 Tbsps sugar¾ tsp salt1 Tsp vanilla2 Tbsp butter
Directions
Grease a large baking pan. Cut bread in half or in triangles. Arrange in single layer. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread; cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Dot French toast with the butter and bake at 350, uncovered for 30 – 45 minutes. Check at 30 minutes.
