Turkey Tagliatelle

Ingredients
225g tagliatelle pasta450g turkey, cut into strips100g lean back bacon100g mushrooms, sliced175g fat free fromage frais1 onion, medium, sliced2 tbsp grated lemon peel/rind2tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Place tagliatelle in a pan of boiling water and cook as per instructions.
2.Heat the oil in a pan and cook the turkey for 3 minutes (until sealed).
3. Add the bacon and onion, cook for further 3 mins.
4. Add the mushrooms and lemon rind and stir for further 3 mins.
5. Stir in the fromage frais and cook for 1 min.
6. Add the cooked tagliatelle, mix well, and heat through for 1 minute.
