Blueberry Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 C Blueberries2 1/2 TBL Baking Powder1/3 C Splenda1/2 C Unsweetened Applesauce1/2 C 1% Milk1 tsp Vanilla1 Large Banana Mashed3/4 C White Flour1 C Whole Wheat Flour1 Egg1/2 C Water3/4 C Oats1 Tsp Lemon Juice1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
Directions
1. Soak the oats in the milk.
2. Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
3. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl
4. Add all of the wet ingredients except the banana and blueberries.
5. Mix well.
6. Add the mashed banana and mix well.
7. Fold in the blueberries gently.
8. Fill muffin pan about 2/3
9. Cook for 17 minutes.
10. Let cool before taking out of pan.
Makes 18 muffins.
