Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup splenda1/2 cup vegetable oil2 eggs, beaten1/2 tsp salt3 medium bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)1 1/4 cups sifted flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix splenda, oil, beaten eggs, salt and mashed bananas. Add soda to flour and sift; fold into sugar mixture. Do not overmix. Add nuts. Turn into lightly greased and floured muffin pan. Thump soundly on table once or twice to reduce air bubbles. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 - 25 minutes or until tests done.
