Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 1 cupBanana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Protein Concentrate, 1 ozCreamy Natural Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp
Directions
Everything in a blender starting with the milk.

It's best to put the peanut butter on the banana so it doesn't stick to the side of the blender.

Run in on medium until smooth.
