Spring Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:1/4 cup of Cannola Oil2 scant TBL Sugar2 TBL red vinegar1/2 scant tsp salt1/4 tsp pepperSalad:Spring Mix Salad1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds1 cup maderin1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
Directions
Measure and mix all of the dressing ingredients and set aside. Place the spring salad mix in to a large bowl; add the almonds, onions and oranges. Pour the dressing on top. Mix or toss salad and enjoy!
