Buffalo Ranch Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
-1 pound ground white meat turkey-1/4 C bread crumbs-1 egg white-3 Tbsp Hidden Valley light ranch dressing-2 tsp Franks Red Hot sauce-4 wheat rollscan garnish with veggies of choice
Directions
Pre-heat grill on Medium heat

In a large bowl mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, and egg white. Form into 4 burger patties.

Place patties on grill, cooking on low to medium heat till cooked through entirely.

Mix ranch dressing and franks red bot in small bowl.

Plae burgers on the wheat rolls and top with buffalo ranch sauce.

Garnish with veggies and enjoy!

    Loved the taste and the whole family enjoyed it. It was a little hard using the turkey meat as burgers so we are going to try it with lean ground beef instead. - 5/14/09
