Ingredients
1 Chicken breast2 tbs Olive Oil1 C green pepper sliced1 C red pepper sliced1/2 C carrots1 C sugar snap peas1 C Zucchini8 tbs stir-fry sauce1 C uncooked rice
Directions
Cook chicken. Heat oil over medium heat, add vegetables, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add stir-fry sauce until heated. Serve over rice.

**(Can substitute, delete or add any vegetables)
