Easy Light & Fluffy Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup plain dry oatmeal (blend in food processor or blender until like flour)1 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp kosher salt1 tsp oil ( I use coconut)2 egg whites1 cup non-fat milk
Directions
mix dry ingredients with whisk or fork in mixing bowl

mix wet ingredients in separate bowl

mix both together but don't over mix it will toughen pancakes

cook over medium heat in skillet sprayed with cooking spray 2-3 tbsp batter for each pancake ,1-2 min on each side

makes about 5 pancakes
