1 chicken breast1/2 can of diced tomatoes (enough to cover the chicken)1/4 cup bread crumbs1 dash each oregano and basil1 dash black pepper1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1. cut up chicken breast into slices usually about 6 slices. cover each piece with bread crumbs.
2. prepare baking dish by putting olive oil on bottom and place chicken breast slices in the dish.
3. pour enough diced tomatoes to cover the tops of the chicken and sprinkle with parmesan.
4. place in oven on 350 for about 20 minutes and you're done!
serve with some yummy veggies and you're set!
