Lobster Corn Chowder

Ingredients
LobsterFresh CornPotatoRed PepperOnionChicken BrothFlourHalf & Half Cream
Directions
Melt butter. Add onion, red pepper and sautee. Add cooked corn and cooked lobster. Cook potatos in chicken broth. Add flour to onion mixture to make a roux. cook for 2 minutes over medium head. Add potatos and chicken broth and stir until smooth. Add half & half. Salt and pepper to taste. I usually make ahead and leave in fridge overnight for the flavors to meld.

Makes at least 10 servings.
