Mashed Cauliflower with Herb and Garlic Flavor

Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower3 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Herb and Garlic cheese1 tsp of black pepper
Directions
Steam cauliflower until soft. Place in a bowl and mash slightly by hand or in blender. Add 3 wedges of the Laughing Cow cheese and the pepper, and mash until desired consistency. Serve hot.

    try steaming and blending cauliflower with onion, really good! i put cottage cheese in instead and i added garlic powder and the pepper. Surprisingly tasty, even without the spices. - 9/3/09
