Corn, Tuna, Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Tuna, in Springwater 425 g canCorn, kernels 420g canSoup, Cream of Asparagus 420g canOnion, 1 medium size, choppedCapsicum, chopped, 100gRice, Brown cooked 3 cupsPepper, Black to tasteLemon juice to taste
Directions
Lightly saute onion and capsicum. Add all other ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Place mixture in a casserole dish and bake at 180 (C)/350 (F) for 15 - 20 minutes.
Variations: Add 1 tbs ground cumin
Add one chopped gherkin
Serves 4-6
