Ingredients
1c. Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice1/2 c. onion, chopped1/4 c. green onion, chopped1/2 c. carrots, finely chopped4 med. mushrooms-fresh, sliced2 tsp. garlic, chopped1 1/2 c. waterSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe dish. Cook in microwave covered on high for 8 minutes. Then reduce the power to medium for an additional 5 minutes. This makes 6 1/2 c. servings.
