whiting stir fry with cabbage and stuffed in green bell peppers

whiting fish 1 fillet1 small green pepper (for stuffing) 1 medium red pepper cut in long strips 1/4 of small cabbage shredded2 scallions shredded1 tsp sesame oil1 clove garlic minceddash of old bay seasoning1 cup chicken broth

1. Heat oil in skillet or wok
2. Add cabbage, scallions, garlic, red peppers, old bay seasoning and the chicken broth. Cook until cabbage softens up.
3. Cut the fillet into 2 inch slices and add to the skillet. It should take a couple of min for the fish to be done. Don't overcook or it will become too flaky.
4. When done, spoon mixture in the green pepper (washed and deseeded). Put the pepper in a dish and bake in the oven on 375 deg F for 15 min.
5. Enjoy!!!
