Fresh Corn Fritters

Ingredients
6 cobbs of corn - cut corn off to 2c. pulp2 eggs separated (beat whites stiff and set aside)2-3 tblsp. flour2 tblsp milk1.2 tsp salt1 tblsp sugar
Directions
mix all ingrediants except for egg whites. Once mixed well fold into egg whites.

Drop by table spoons onto buttered griddle.
