Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 1/4 cup, chopped or dicedCarrots, cooked, 1/4 cup slicesCelery, cooked, 1 cup, dicedBeans, black, 1/4 cupSalsa, 1/4 cup
Directions
Thow it all in a pot and wait till the rice gets soft. Add the beans just before you turn it off if they're already pre-cooked / canned.
