Andy's Homemade Granola

Directions
3 cups oats (you can substitute some with spelt, rye or other flakes)¼ cup pumpkin seeds¼ cup sunflower seeds3 tbsp. flax, chia or hulled hemp seeds1 tbsp. oat bran1 tbsp. wheat bran½ cup honey or maple syrup or a combination of the two1 tbsp. canola or nut oil
Mix all the ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 300 F for 15 min. or until it is golden brown.
