Chicken Salad with Grapes and Almonds

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken tenderloins, cooked and cubed2 Tbsp Kraft Light Mayonnaise1 Tbsp Philadelphia Chives and Onion cream cheese1/2 C. Red Seedless Grapes, halved1/2 C. slivered almonds1 tsp. dried dill weed1 Tbsp dill pickle relish
Directions
Poach chicken in boiling water.
After chicken has cooled, stir in cream cheese and mayo.
Stir in dill weed and pickle relish.
Half grapes and stir in grapes and almonds (walnuts or pecans may also be used).
