Grilled Tilapia

Ingredients
Ingredients: *Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Garlic, 1 clove Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Basil, 1 tsp *Tilapia filet, 12 oz
Directions
Whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, parsley, garlic, pepper and salt in a bowl and pour into a reasealable plastic bag. Add tilapia fillets, coat with marinade, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill fillets until fish is no longer translucent in center and flakes easily, about 3-4 minutes per side.
