Braised Fennel & Tomato

Ingredients
Fennel, 1 bulb, trimmed and cut into wedgesShallots, 2, chopped Garlic, 1 clove crushedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium, choppedWhite Wine, 1.5 tbspMarjoram, fresh, 0.5 tbsp choppedKnorr Stockpot veg in 75ml hot water
Directions
Lightly saute the fennel, shallots and garlic in the oil.

Add the tomatoes, wine, marjoram and stock. Season.

Cover and either simmer very gently for 20 mins, or bake in the oven for 30mins at 190C.
